Everything you need to know about ordering with Importer Unc.
Orders & Pre-Orders
Every order at Importer Unc runs through a simple three-step process:
Spotted. The moment your order is placed, Unc gets to work — identifying and locking in your unit from our global sourcing network. Every game is handpicked and verified at source before it even begins the journey to you.
Locked. Your order is imported and routed to our fulfilment centre in India. Once it lands and clears customs, each product goes through a quality check against the listing before it moves any further.
Dropped. After clearance, your order is dispatched domestically with full tracking visibility available on the website. Delivery to your doorstep typically takes 5–7 days from dispatch, depending on your last mile logistics provider.
The price you see at checkout is the complete price. It covers the product, the sourcing, the import, the quality check, and domestic delivery within India — nothing added on top.
Pre-Orders
- Every pre-order listing displays the expected release date of the game.
- Once the title officially releases, the Spotted—Locked—Dropped process kicks in from that date.
- Expect your pre-ordered game at your door within the same timeframe as a regular order, counted from the release date.
Shipping
Importer Unc ships pan-India via Professional Couriers including Delhivery, DTDC, and Bluedart. Every order is packed in a sturdy box with adequate padding and protection to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us.
- Domestic shipping available across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
- Tracking details are made available on your account as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 days from dispatch, depending on your last mile logistics provider.
- All import duties and customs clearance are handled by us. You will not be charged anything additional on delivery.
Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Our sourcing process begins immediately upon order placement, and cancellations are not accepted at any stage.
We'd encourage you to plan your order carefully before placing it.

Refunds & Replacements
Our promise is that you receive exactly what is described in the listing. Importer Unc deals in both new and pre-owned games, and every product is listed with an accurate condition description — what you see is what you get.
What's covered
- Import transit damage — any damage that occurs during the international leg of the journey (from source to our fulfilment centre) is fully covered by Importer Unc. You will be offered a refund or replacement.
- Condition mismatch — if what you receive does not match the condition stated in the listing, your order is eligible for a refund or replacement.
What's not covered
- Domestic transit damage — any damage that occurs during the local delivery leg (from our fulfilment centre to your doorstep) must be claimed directly with the respective logistics provider. We will provide you with all shipment details to support your claim.
To raise a claim, follow these steps:
- Step 1 — Record an unboxing video the moment your order arrives. The video must clearly show the outer packaging being opened and each item being inspected, including any visible damage. This is required to process any claim.
- Step 2 — Email us at importerunc@gmail.com with your Order Number and phone number within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible.
- Step 3 — We will reach out on WhatsApp to collect the unboxing video and any additional details.
- Step 4 — Once we have everything, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement based on product availability, processed as quickly as possible.
Privacy & Security
Your personal information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you about it. We do not share or sell your data to any third party.
All transactions are processed through encrypted, trusted payment gateways. Payment details are never stored on our end.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to importerunc@gmail.com.
Disclaimer & Policy Updates
Importer Unc is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including customs hold-ups, carrier disruptions, or publisher delays on pre-order titles. We will always communicate proactively if your order is impacted.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
